Supply in Tempe AZ (3,"B"- 45volt Rayovac P-7330 or VSO13 and 2, "A" #6 1
1/2 volt cells, like the ones used on the glow plug of model airplane
engines. I built a power supply to do the testing on this unit. The "A"
filament battery needs to supply 1.6 amps @ 3.0 volts. The "B" plate voltage
is 135 volts. |
| The meter works perfectly and you can use high impedance
headphones to hear the carriers. |
| Its range is Channel 2 thru FM radio and up to channel 13
and UHF for TV. |
