A completely restored beauty.

I found this radio in the back room of an antique store in Prescott, Arizona. My wife, Judi, gave me "the look" and asked "Why?" I said  "I can visualize it restored. Two months later I offer this beauty for sale.

This radio was completely recapped.

3 of 5 tubes were replaced and tested .

Some rewiring was needed.

Hank Brazeal reconed the speaker and rewound the field coil.

It has new wooden knobs. The far right knob pulls out for shortwave. The knob second from right pulls out for fine tuning.

Two bands were realigned. IF was set at 460 kc.

BC (AM band) 525-1750 kc

SW (shortwave) 5.5-18 mc.

I completely refinished this radio. It has the original veneer. This veneer is not perfect.

You need a long wire for an antenna. Plug the radio into a wall receptacle, turn it on, and enjoy the beautiful sound and looks.
